대구시의회, 44일간 이어진 제287회 정례회 마무리

대구광역시의회(의장 장상수)가 21일 제287회 정례회 제4차 본회의를 열어 44일간 이어진 제287회 정례회와 2021년 의사일정을 마무리한다.

올해 마지막 회기인 이번 정례회에서 대구시의회는 ‘2021년 행정사무감사 결과보고서 채택의 건’ 등을 최종 의결하고 아울러 내년도 대구시 및 시 교육청 예산안을 포함한 예산안 8건, 제·개정 조례·규칙안 76건, 동의·승인안 21건, 의견제시안 2건 등 총 107건의 안건을 처리했다.

이번 기간동안 대구시의회는 대구시 및 시 교육청 산하기관 등 84곳에 대해 행정사무감사를 실시하여 시정 전반의 미흡한 점을 살펴보고 개선을 요구하였고 통합신공항 건설 및 종전 부지 개발, 복지 사각지대 지원 대책 등 당면 현안에 대해서도 날카로운 문제 제기를 이어가며 개선방안 마련을 촉구했다.

또한 내년도 예산은 각 상임위원회와 예산결산특별위원회의 면밀한 검토를 거쳐 제출예산액 대비 대구시 4억원, 시교육청 3억원이 감소된 10조 1,444억원, 3조 7,229억원을 각각 통과시켰다.

특히, 내년 의회 인사권 독립을 앞두고 의회 조직 정비 및 자체 인사 운영 등과 관련된 29건의 각종 조례·규칙을 대거 처리하여 의회 홀로서기를 위한 채비도 마쳤다.
