계명대(총장 신일희)가 2022학년도 정시모집에서 신입생 정원 내 모집인원 4,621명 중 20.4%인 941명을 선발한다고 밝혔다.
계명대는 정원내 에서 가군 521명, 다군 420명을, 정원외에서는 의예과, 약학과, 제약학과에서 수능(농어촌전형)과 수능(고른기회전형)으로 8명을 선발하여 총 949명을 모집한다.

전형요소별 성적 반영비율은 인문사회, 자연공학계열 모두 수능 100%로 백분위 점수를 적용한다. 탐구영역의 경우 2개 과목의 백분위 점수 평균을 적용한다.
모집 군별 각각 한 개의 모집단위에 지원이 가능하며, 계열별 교차지원도 가능하다. 이는 가, 다군 모두 동일하게 적용되며, 별도의 수능최저학력기준은 적용되지 않는다. 예체능계열은 가군에서 모집하며 수능 20%, 실기 80%로 선발한다.
계열별 수능 성적 반영비율을 살펴보면, 4개 영역 모두 동일하게 25%씩 반영되지만, 자연공학계열로 지원할 경우 과학탐구에 5%의 가산점을 적용한다. 의예과, 약학과, 제약학과의 경우 수학 미적분 또는 기하와 과학탐구 2개 과목을 반드시 응시해야 하며 별도의 가산점은 없다.
