브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이준석 국민의힘 대표가 선거대책위원회 직을 모두 사퇴한 이후, 연일 선대위 문제점을 언론에 폭로하고 있다. 이에 윤석열 대선후보와 김종인 총괄선대위원장이 이 대표 언행에 공개적으로 제동을 걸었으나 이 대표는 즉각 반발하고 나섰다.
이처럼 당 내 갈등이 쉽사리 사그라들지 않을 것으로 보이는 가운데 국민의힘 대선가도 역시 적신호가 켜진 상태다.
이준석 대표는 선대위 모든 직책을 사퇴한 뒤 언론과의 인터뷰 등을 통해 윤핵관(윤석열 핵심 관계자) 등을 문제삼으며 선대위의 문제점을 계속해서 지적하고 있다.
이 대표는 지난 26일 연합뉴스와의 인터뷰에서도 "윤석열 후보는 '윤핵관이 출근도 안한다'고 했는데, 출근을 하면 윤핵관이 될 수 없다"면서 "최순실이 출근하고 직위가 있었으면 비선실세가 될 수 없었을 것"이라고 주장했다. 이 대표가 지목한 윤핵관은 장제원 의원 등이다.
이 대표는 또한 "윤석열 후보에게 알랑거려서 정치하려 했다면 1차 울산 합의도 없었다"며 소심있는 발언을 이어가겠다는 의지도 드러냈다.
하지만 이 대표가 언론과 인터뷰할수록 당내 갈등이 증폭되자, 윤석열 후보는 27일 선대위 회의에서 "이제 선거가 얼마 남지 않아서 비상 상황이고 가장 중요한 시기"라며 "누구도 제3자적 논평가나 평론가가 돼선 곤란하다. 직접 문제를 해결해야 하는 자세를 가져야 하고 국민을 설득하고 지지를 이끌어내야 한다"고 지적했다. 사실상 당에 대한 비판을 쏟아내고 있는 이준석 대표와 홍준표 의원 등을 겨냥한 발언이다.
이 대표와 가깝다고 평가받는 김종인 선대위원장도 윤 후보를 거들었다. 김종인 위원장은 이날 선대위 회의 직후 기자들과 만나 "당 대표는 선거를 승리로 이끌어야 할 막중한 책임이 있다. 선거를 이기려면 당대표로서 어떤 역할을 해야 한다는 것을 스스로 잘 알고 있을 것"이라면서 "또 한번 국민의 기대를 저버리면, 국민이 완전히 버릴 수 있다는 긴박한 생각을 하면, 당의 소속된 모든 사람이 내년 대선을 위해서 어떻게 행동을 해야 할지를 정치인이라면 스스로 판단할 수 있다"고 말했다.
선대위직 사퇴 이후 당 내 문제점을 연일 지적하는 이 대표를 향한 비판의 목소리로 읽혀진다.

선대위 정무특보단장인 김태흠 의원은 이 대표를 거침없이 비판하기도 했다.
김태흥 의원은 이날 자신의 페이스북에 "이 대표님의 철딱서니 없고 오만하고 무책임한 행동을 언제까지 지켜봐야 하나"라며 "선대위 출범 전 가출, 공보단장과의 이견에 불쾌하다고 선대위원장직을 던져버리는 무책임, 몇 시간도 안 돼 당을 폄훼하고 후보를 디스하는 데 몰두하는 가벼움을 어떻게 봐야하나"고 맹비판했다.
이어 그는 "작금의 상황은 그리 한가하지 않다. 몽니 부릴 시간이 있으면, 젊은 대표로서 말로만 2030 운운하지 마시고 그들의 고민을 담은 미래 비전과 해법을 내놓고, 방송에 나가 평론가 노릇할 시간이 있으면 국민 열망과 시대적 소명을 담은 정책 하나, 슬로건 하나라도 제대로 만들어 보라"고 꼬집었다.
그러면서 "비단주머니 운운하며 제갈량 노릇 그만하시고 자기만이 세상의 중심이고 가장 옳다는 오만에서 빨리 벗어나시라"고 덧붙였다.
하지만 이준석 대표도 이들의 지적에 즉각 반박하며 비판을 멈출 의지가 없음을 명확히 했다.
이 대표는 이날 페이스북을 통해 "누구나 본인이 속한 조직에서 더 나은 결과를 위한 제언을 하는 것이 민주주의라고 생각한다"며 "당 대표가 당을 위해 하는 제언이 평론 취급을 받을 정도면 언로(말하는 길)는 막혔다는 인상을 줄 수 있다. 평론은 평가에 그치지만 제언은 대안을 담고 있다"고 했다.

However, CEO Lee Joon-seok immediately refuted their criticism and clarified that he had no will to stop criticism.
CEO Lee said on Facebook, "I think it is democracy that anyone makes suggestions for better results in their organization," adding, "It can give the impression that the media (the way to speak) is blocked enough to be treated as criticism by the party leader." Criticism is only an evaluation, but suggestions contain alternatives, he said.
