대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 창업지원단(단장 김기근)이 '2021학년도 DHU Start-up League Final‘을 개최했다.
이번 행사는 최근 기린체육관에서 2021학년도 창업경진대회에서 수상한 팀들을 대상으로 사업화 가능성 여부를 타진하고 이를 통한 교내 창업 분위기 활성화를 위해 마련되었다.

이를 통해 ‘DHU Start-up League’ 경진대회(3회 실시)에서 수상을 한 최종 7팀이 시제품을 제작하여 전시를 진행하였고 더불어 학생창업자 우수사례 2팀과 성인학습자 창업동아리 우수사례 1팀도 제품 전시에 함께 참여했다.
대상을 수상한 늘품팀 대표 김지영 학생은 “우연히 대회에 참가하여 상을 받게 되면서 기회가 되어 팀원들과 함께 직접 제품을 만들 수 있어서 좋았다. 제품 제작과정에서 여러 가지 시행착오를 겪었지만 덕분에 더 좋은 결과를 낼 수 있었다. 단순 아이디어가 실제 제품으로 만들어질 수 있어서 신기하고 뿌듯하다.” 고 소감을 말했다.
이 행사를 주관한 김기근 창업지원단장은 “어려운 상황에서도 방역지침을 준수하여 참여한 교내 구성원들과 학생들에게 감사한 마음을 전하며, 이번 기회를 통하여 학생들이 창업에 대한 관심이 증가함을 느낄 수 있었다. 앞으로도 학생들이 창업에 친근함을 느낄 수 있도록 다양한 지원을 아끼지 않겠다.” 고 밝혔다.
