대구유아교육진흥원, 대구광역시가족센터협회와 MOU체결

대구유아교육진흥원(원장 이덕주)은 대구광역시가족센터협회와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고 유아의 눈높이에 맞춘 다문화 이해교육을 위해 나선다고 밝혔다.

10일 대구유아교육진흥원 세미나실에서 열린 협약식을 통해 양 기관은 유아의 다문화 이해교육 운영 및 홍보, 다문화 관련 행사 지원 등 관련 업무에 대한 상호 협력을 약속했다.

이번 협약을 계기로 대구광역시가족센터협회는 다양한 국적의 강사들을 유치원에 파견해 점차 증가하는 다문화가정 자녀들의 정체성 확립과 일반유아들의 다문화에 대한 이해를 높이고, 대구유아교육진흥원과는 인적·물적 자원을 상호 교류할 계획이다.

이덕주 원장은 “이번 협약으로 유아들의 다양한 문화에 대한 이해와 현장 맞춤형 다문화교육으로 모두가 함께하는 교육이 실현되기를 바란다.”고 말했다.
