경일대, 2021학년도 학위수여식 개최

경일대학교는 지난 18일 오전 11시 코로나19 상황을 고려하여 최소 인원만 참석한 가운데 2021학년도 학위수여식을 개최했다.

이날 행사는 유튜브 채널인 ‘키움튜브’에서 실시간 중계되었으며 디지털 속 현실세계인 메타버스 게더타운을 활용해 가상공간에서도 졸업식 행사를 함께 진행했다.

정현태 총장은 회고사를 통해 졸업생들에게 “5G시대에 출현한 코로나 팬데믹으로 경직된 사고와 낡은 기술은 위기를 맞고, 창의적 사고와 혁신적 기술에게는 기회의 문이 활짝 열렸다”라며 “향후 더욱 확대될 비대면 5G시대를 지혜롭게 이끌어갈 선도자가 되어 나를 키우고 세상을 키우는 경일인이 되어주길 바란다.”고 강조했다.
