대한민국 예술문화스타대상 조직위원회(집행위원장 정우혁, 대회장 이헌승, 대회총재 정갑윤·이주영 전국회부의장)는 문화예술 발전을 위해 노력해 온 구자근 의원에게 ‘문화발전공고대상’을 수상했다.
구자근 의원은 수상소감을 통해 “산업과 기업들의 발전을 위한 정부의 지원책과 더불어 최근 떠오르고 있는 KPOP과 K드라마, 게임산업 등 한류컨텐츠의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정부의 제도적 지원책을 적극 마련할 필요가 있다”고 밝혔다.
또한 “한국의 문화발전을 위해서 예술과 문화가 뿌리 깊게 성장할 수 있도록 앞으로 예술교육과 전국적인 문화인프라 구축 지원을 위해 노력하겠다.”고 수상소감을 밝혔다.
