대구대학교 대학일자리플러스센터가 재학생을 대상으로 군무원합격 취업특강 설명회를 개최했다.
대학일자리플러스센터는 군무원합격 취업특강을 개설하고 학생들이 ‘재학 중 취업 확정과 여유 있는 졸업’이라는 두 마리 토끼를 잡을 수 있도록 전폭 지원하고 있다.

이를 위해 지난 21일 경산캠퍼스 진로취업관에서 열린 설명회에서는 군무원 채용 일정, 채용 인원, 시험 과목에 대한 안내를 시작으로 과목별 공부 방법과 요령, 합격선, 수험생활 자세 등 단기 합격을 위해 반드시 알아야 할 항목을 설명했다.
또한, 최근에 합격한 수험생들의 사례를 소개하는 등 군무원에 합격하기 위한 전반적인 내용을 전했다.
특강은 매주 2회, 주 6시간 수업을 통한 오프라인 강의와 SNS를 통한 온라인 강의를 병행해서 진행되며 올해 7월 중순까지 이어진다.
이서준 학생(일본어일본학전공 4)은 “재학 중 공무원에 도전하는 것은 시간과 비용면에서 어려움이 있어 주저했었다”면서 “이번에 대학에서 특강을 준비한 덕분에 보다 수월하게 공무원 시험에 도전해 합격으로 보답하겠다”고 의지를 밝혔다.
정석연 대학일자리플러스센터장은 “많은 학생들이 졸업 후 공무원 등 정부나 공공기관에서 일하는 것을 선호한다”며 “이번에 센터에서 진행하는 군무원 시험 특강 프로그램이 많은 학생들에게 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
