브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 현대백화점이 가정의 달을 맞아 글로벌 영화 제작사 유니버설 픽쳐스 코리아와 손잡고 더현대 서울에 팝업스토어를 연다.
현대백화점은 다음달 8일까지 더현대 서울 5층 사운즈 포레스트에서 ‘쥬라기월드 : 도미니언’ 팝업스토어를 선보인다고 29일 밝혔다.
세계적인 블록버스터 ‘쥬라기’ 시리즈의 마지막 작품인 ‘쥬라기월드 : 도미니언’은 오는 6월 1일 전세계 최초로 국내에서 개봉 예정인 영화다
행사 기간 중 사운즈 포레스트에는 쥬라기 굿즈 90여 종을 판매하는 상품존과, 공룡 모형과 함께 인증샷을 찍을 수 있는 포토존, 실제 공룡을 만난 듯한 느낌을 주는 3D 스태츄(동상) 서클 존 등이 운영된다.
현대백화점은 더현대 서울을 대표하는 3300㎡(약 1000평) 규모의 실내 정원 사운즈 포레스트에 공룡 모형들로 구성된 쥬라기월드 콘텐츠를 접목해 다양한 연령대의 고객들에게 색다른 즐거움을 제공할 계획이다.
현대백화점 관계자는 “가정의 달을 맞아 코로나19로 지쳤던 고객들에게 색다른 즐거움을 선사하기 위해 이번 팝업 매장을 선보이게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 고객에게 새로운 경험을 제공하고 트렌드를 선도할 수 있는 콘텐츠 개발에 지속적으로 노력할 예정이다”고 말했다.
