인천시, 국내외 투자기업 고용보조금 지원

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천시가 지난 한 해 동안 신규고용(상시고용인원)한 국내외 투자기업에 고용보조금을 지원한다.

보조금은 양질의 일자리 창출을 지원하고 기업의 투자환경을 개선하기 위한 것으로, 상시고용인원 1인당 최대 50만 원 이내, 최대 6개월까지다.

인천시는 2019년 외국인투자 세제감면이 폐지되고, 글로벌 투자 위축이 전망됨에 따라 투자심리를 개선하고 기업 친화 환경을 조성하기 위해 보조금을 지원하게 됐다고 설명했다.

인천시가 유치한 국내기업인 경우 관할 밖에서 시 관할구역 안으로 유치한 기업의 본사, 공장, 연구소, 연수원으로, 지난해 연간 신규 고용인원이 전년대비 30명을 초과해야 지원받을 수 있다.

인천시가 유치한 외투기업인 경우에는, 외국인 투자 비율이 30% 이상이며 외국인투자기업 등록 후 5년 이내인 시 소재기업으로, 지난해 연간 신규 고용인원이 전년대비 20명을 초과해야 한다.

고용보조금 지급 대상과 지급액 등은 시 투자유치기획위원회를 거쳐 최종 결정된다.
