브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= bhc는 지난 11일 초복을 앞두고 서울시립 강동노인종합복지관에 폭염철 복달임 삼계탕 나눔 행사를 실시했다고 12일 밝혔다.
여름철 보양식에서 가장 대표적인 음식은 삼계탕이며, bhc는 큰맘할매순대국에서 계절메뉴로 선보이는 삼계탕 550인분을 마련했다. 집에서도 조리가 가능한 밀키트 형태로 준비된 후원 물품을 강동노인종합복지관의 가정방문을 통해 직접 전달될 예정이다.
bhc그룹 고병환 이사는 “폭염철을 맞이하는 저소득층 가정에서는 늘어난 냉방비와 더불어 식비에 대한 고민이 커지며, bhc에서는 이런 취약한 상황에 놓인 분들이 한 끼의 식사라도 건강에 도움이 되는 보양식을 드실 수 있도록 본 행사를 마련했다”며 “앞으로도 지역사회 내 도움의 손길이 필요한 곳을 지속적으로 살펴 나눔과 상생의 실천을 꾸준하게 이어갈 것이다”고 전했다.
