군에 따르면 이번 사업에서는 조기폐차 200대, 매연저감장치 부착 5대, LPG 화물차 신차구매 10대로 총 215대에 보조금을 지원할 계획이다.
지원대상은 배출가스 5등급 경유차량(조기폐차, 매연저감장치 지원, LPG화물차 신차구매)과 2005년 이전 배출허용기준을 적용하여 제작된 도로용 3종 건설기계(조기폐차만 지원)이다.
조기폐차 신청요건은 신청일 기준 울진군에 최근 6개월 이상 연속 등록 ▲최종 소유기간 6개월 이상 ▲자동차 검사결과 정상가동 판정 ▲배출가스 저감장치 등 정부지원 없는 차량 ▲지방세 등(세외수입, 환경개선부담금 포함) 체납 사실이 없어야 한다.
신청에 필요한 서류는 사업 지원신청서, 신분증, 자동차(건설기계) 등록증이며, 8월 12일까지 온라인(자동차 배출가스 등급제 사이트)에서 신청이 가능하며, 환경위생과 방문 또는 우편(등기)접수도 가능하다.
