브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 이마트는 13일 보도자료를 통해 오는 19일까지 일주일간 남해안 생굴 250g(봉)을 신세계포인트 적립 및 할인카드 사용 시 4990원에 선보인다고 밝혔다.
이마트는 이번 행사를 위해 일주일 판매 기준 역대 최대 물량인 60톤의 생굴을 확보했다. 보통 생굴 시즌이 시작되는 10월 중순, 일주일 판매 물량이 20톤 가량인 것을 고려하면, 평년 대비 3배 가량의 물량을 준비한 셈이다.
안전한 생굴 섭취를 위해 다양한 검사도 진행한다. 노로 바이러스와 대장균 검사를 각각 월 4회 실시하며, 굴 가공공장 주변 해수까지도 월 1회 검사할 예정이다.
이 외에도 이마트는 13일부터 일주일간 해양수산부와 함께하는 수산대전을 진행, 굴 이외에도 다양한 행사품목을 선보인다.
대표품목으로 생오징어 1마리를 신세계포인트 적립 시 25% 할인한 3960원, 제주 은갈치(대, 해동) 1마리를 40% 할인한 3408원에 판매한다.
