브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 7일 보도자료를 통해 지난 5일 서울시 용산구 보광동 272-3번지 일대에서 진행되는 ‘한남2재정비촉진구역 주택재개발정비사업’의 총회에서 경쟁사를 제치고 시공사로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
총 조합원 908명 중 704명이 총회에 참석했고, 부재자 투표를 포함한 전체 760표 중 대우건설이 407표를 득표했다.
한남2구역 재개발사업은 서울시 용산구 보광동 272-3번지 일대에 지하 6층 ~ 지상 14층, 30개 동 규모의 아파트 1537가구 및 부대복리시설을 조성하는 사업으로 총 공사금액은 7908억원 규모다.
대우건설은 ‘한남2구역’을 한강의 정상으로 만들겠다는 포부에 걸맞게 ‘118프로젝트’를 선보였다. 조합의 오랜 염원인 단지의 혁신적인 변화를 위해 JERDE, STOSS, SWNA등 세계 최고의 거장들과 함께 월드콜라보레이션을 구성해 한강의 랜드마크를 차지할 360m 스카이브릿지와 독보적인 외관을 선보였다.
또한, 전체사업비 책임조달, 이주비 LTV150%, 최저이주비 10억 등 파격적인 사업조건으로 조합원들의 큰 호응을 얻으며 한남2구역의 시공사로 선정됐다.
