의왕시 시립포일2단지어린이집(원장 손형금)이 지난 11월 18일 지역 내 취약계층이나 저소득층 가정을 위한 성금 47만원을 청계동주민센터에 전달했다.
시립포일2단지어린이집 원아들은 사용하지 않는 장난감이나 입지 않는 옷 등 다양한 물건들로 ‘아나바다 장터’를 열어 마련한 수익금을 모아 이번 성금을 마련했다.

손형금 원장은 “이번 행사를 통해 우리 아이들 좋은 경험을 했다. 모금된 성금이 소외된 이웃에게 따뜻한 힘이 된다면 오히려 감사하다”고 말했다.
한경숙 청계동장은 “어린이집 원장님과 교직원, 특히 원아들에게 감사드린다”며, “어려운 시기에 지역사회에 따뜻한 온기를 전할 수 있도록 동주민센터도 일선에서 더욱 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
