부천시에 따르면, 2014년 가족친화 인증기관으로 최초 선정된 이후 올해 네 번째로 인증을 획득하며 2025년 11월까지 자격을 유지하게 됐다.
부천시는 매주 수·금요일 정시퇴근을 통한 ‘가정의 날’ 운영, 개인·부서별 업무특성에 적합한 유연근무제 활성화, 남·여 육아휴직 및 배우자 출산휴가 사용 의무화 등 적극적인 육아시간 보장 제도를 시행하여 가족 친화적 직장으로서 높은 평가를 받았다.
