안양과천교육지원청(교육장 김경관)이 설 명절을 앞둔 지난 1월 18일, 청사 1층 로비에서 전직원을 대상으로 ‘갑질예방 투호놀이 이벤트’를 진행했다.
이번 행사는 안양과천교육청에서 정한 4가지 실천과제(먼저 웃으며 인사하기, 올바른 호칭 사용하기, 서로 존댓말 사용하기, 칭찬 주고받기)와 관련된 퀴즈를 풀고, 정답자에게 투호놀이 참여 기회를 제공, 소정의 상품을 증정하는 이벤트 형식으로 진행됐다.
직원들은 이날 행사에 높은 참여와 호응을 보였다. 투호놀이 성공 횟수에 따라 상품이 차등 제공되고, 참여 열기가 높아 상품 소진으로 이벤트가 조기 종료됐다.
최근 교육청으로 발령받은 한 직원은 “새로운 장소와 업무에 적응하느라 긴장을 많이 하고 있었는데, 잠깐이나마 몸을 움직이고 웃을 수 있는 기회가 있어서 뜻깊었다. 무엇보다 선물까지 받아서 기분이 좋다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
