의왕시(시장 김성제)가 지난 1월 13일 시청 중회의실에서 관내 건축공사 현장 관계자를 대상으로 안전한 시공 및 원활한 현장·품질관리 등을 위한 간담회를 개최했다.
이날 간담회는 관내 건축공사장의 안전한 시공 및 원활한 현장.품질관리를 위해 △지역건축안전센터 설치 및 운영 안내 △품질 및 안전관리 관련 건축행정사항 안내 △건축 관계 법령 주요 개정사항 안내 △건설현장 주요 사고사례 안내 △2022년 동절기 안전점검 주요 지적사례 공유 △건축현장 민원발생 사례 전파 및 협조 요청 등을 논의했다.
특히, 이번 간담회에서는 현장에서 손쉽게 참고하여 자체 점검·관리할 수 있도록 지역건축안전센터에서 제작한 ‘의왕시 건축공사장 안전관리 매뉴얼’이 배포됐다. 또한, 안전 점검 시 자주 지적되는 현장사무실 화재.안전관리 문제를 해소하고자 확산식 소화기를 함께 배포하는 등 관내 건축공사장의 화재 및 안전사고 예방에 중점을 뒀다.
이날 간담회에는 관계 공무원 및 현장대리인 등 공사관계자 25명이 참석했다.
의왕시 정용섭 건축과장은 “공사장 안전관리 외에도 향후 소외계층의 주거 복지사업 추진 시 시공사의 재능 기부 등 지역사회의 사회적 공헌에 적극 동참해 주시길 바란다”며, “건축공사장 점검 외에도 민·관 소통의 계기를 마련해 현장의 의견을 듣고 좋은 사례를 공유할 수 있는 기회를 자주 마련할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
