군포시 2023년 첫 주거환경개선 촉진 TF회의 열려

군포시 2023년 제1차 주거환경개선 촉진 TF회의가 지난 1월 12일 군포시청 회의실에서 열렸다.

이번 회의에는 TF팀장 이승일 부시장을 비롯해 부팀장 홍유진 미래성장국장과 건축, 도시계획, 도시정비 분야 6명의 전문가들이 참석했다.

회의 참석자들은 도시정비팀장의 제안에 따라 재개발 사업시행자(신탁사) 지정 관련 국·공유지 동의 적정성 및 동의 처리방안에 대해 논의했다.

Gunpo-si held the first residential environment improvement promotion TF meeting in 2023

Gunpo City 2023 1st Residential Environment Improvement Promotion TF meeting was held on January 12th at the meeting room of Gunpo City Hall.

The meeting was attended by TF team leader Lee Seung-il, deputy team leader Hong Yu-jin, future growth director, and six experts in the fields of architecture, urban planning, and urban maintenance.

At the suggestion of the head of the urban redevelopment team, the meeting participants discussed the appropriateness of the agreement on national and public land related to the designation of the redevelopment project operator (trust company) and how to handle the agreement.
