[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 ‘청년이 꿈꾸는 하루를 함께 만드는 도시’ 비전으로 52개 청년정책에 337억원을 투입하며, 이 같은 내용을 골자로 한 ‘2023년 창원시 청년정책 시행계획’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
2023년 청년정책 시행계획에는 조직·참여, 일자리, 생활, 주거, 문화 5개 분야 52개 사업이 포함되며 지난해 12월 창원시 청년정책위원회의 서면 심의를 거쳐 최종 확정됐다.
시는 올해를 청년업무전담 개편을 통한 청년정책 고도화의 실질적 원년으로 포괄적 청년정책을 수립해 정책 연계성을 높이고 민·관·학 협력체계도 강화할 계획이다.
이번 시행계획의 추진방향은 크게 5개 분야로, 연대기반 조성 및 참여 인프라 확대를 위한 조직·참여 분야 6개 사업, 청년 일자리 및 취업역량 강화를 위한 일자리 분야 18개 사업, 청년 구직활동 및 자산형성 지원 등 생활 분야 18개 사업을, 청년 주거안정을 위한 주거분야 6개 사업 및 청년 문화 육성 4개 사업을 추진한다.
◇조직.참여 = 연대기반 조성 및 참여 인프라 확대를 위해 6개 사업에 7억 원을 지원한다. 청년 중심의 정책추진 토대 마련을 위한 △각종 위원회 청년정책 할당제, 청년관련 통합 정보제공을 위한 △청년정보플랫폼 구축사업을 신규로 추진하며, 청년 거점 공간 기능 및 지원강화를 위한 △청년비전센터 확대 운영 △청년꿈터 지원사업, 9월 청년의 날을 기념하여 △청년주간행사 개최를 추진한다.
◇일자리 = 청년일자리 지원 및 취업역량 강화를 위해 176억원을 들여 18개 사업을 추진한다. 첨단분야 인재 양성 및 취업지원을 위한 △ 신산업 연계 청년 일자리 창출사업을 신규로 추진하며, 지역 맞춤형 일자리 발굴· 제공을 위한△ 지역주도형 일자리 지원사업, 청년 취업 역량강화를 위한 인력양성 사업으로 △제조AI 전문인력 양성지원 △소부장 고급인력 양성지원 △수소에너지 특성화 대학원 지원사업 △스마트 헬스케어 연구인력 양성사업 및 청년 기술창업자에게 창업활동비를 지원하는 △청년기술창업수당 등을 추진한다.
