부천시, 1인 가구 전·월세 안심계약 상담서비스 제공

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 지난해 12월부터 부동산 계약에 어려움을 겪고 있는 1인 가구가 안심하고 전·월세를 구할 수 있도록 ‘전·월세 안심계약 도움서비스’를 실시하고 있다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, ‘1인가구 전·월세 안심계약 도움서비스’는 부천시에 거주하는 1인 가구라면 연령, 성별 등과 관계없이 누구나 무료로 이용할 수 있다.

최근 전세가격이 매매가격과 비슷하거나 웃도는 깡통전세로 전세보증금을 돌려받지 못하는 전세사기가 기승을 부리면서 전·월세 계약 시 주의가 요구됨에 따라 부천시는 특별히 독립생활을 준비하는 사회초년생이나 부동산 정보에 취약한 어르신 등 1인 가구가 전문가의 도움을 받아 불편·불안 없이 주거를 마련할 수 있도록 전·월세 안심계약 도움서비스를 추진했다.

부천시에 등록된 개업공인중개사 14명을 주거안심 상담관으로 위촉하여 비대면 전화상담을 통해 전·월세 형성가, 주변환경 등 안심계약 상담 서비스를 제공한다.

상담신청은 부천시청 홈페이지(분야별정보→부동산·도시계획·개발→1인가구 전·월세 안심계약 도움서비스 신청)에서 온라인 신청하거나, 방문 또는 전화를 통해 신청하면 되고 접수가 완료되면 주거안심 상담관과 일정을 조율한 뒤 상담 서비스를 진행한다.
