안양시가 시 승격 50주년을 맞아 시민들에게 일상 속에서 다양한 문화예술을 즐길 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위한 ‘시민과 함께하는 만안구 문화예술 거리공연’ 참가자를 모집 중이다.
거리공연을 희망하는 전국의 예술인, 동호회, 또는 예술단체가 대상이며, 노래, 댄스, 악기연주 또는 퍼포먼스 등 거리공연에 적합한 장르면 모두 신청 가능하다.

안양시는 예술성, 대중선호도, 거리공연 적합성, 공연활동 경력 등의 심사를 거쳐 총 36개 팀을 선발해 3월 15일 시 홈페이지에 발표할 예정이다. 선발된 팀마다 30분의 공연시간이 주어지며, 활동비 30만원을 지급한다. 또한 공연장소와 공연에 필요한 전기 및 음향 장비 등의 지원이 이뤄진다.
공연은 상반기 4월 14일부터 5월 26일까지는 안양일번가와 안양대교에서, 하반기 9월 1일부터 10월 20일까지는 삼덕공원과 안양역 광장에서 매주 금요일 18시부터 19시 30분까지 펼쳐진다.
안양시청 홈페이지에 첨부된 신청서와 공연활동 영상을 오는 24일까지 만안구청 복지문화과로 제출하면 된다.
김승건 만안구청장은 “시 승격 50주년을 맞이해 시민들에게 일상 속 특별한 추억으로 남을 문화콘텐츠를 제공할 것”이라며, “많은 시민들이 거리공연을 관람해 지역경제 활성화에도 도움이 되길 바란다”고 전했다.

Anyang City is recruiting participants for the ‘Manan-gu Culture and Arts Street Performance with Citizens’ to provide citizens with opportunities to enjoy various culture and arts in their daily lives in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the city’s status as a city.
