인천시, 인천지법 개인파산 신청자 희망터치 재기교육 실시

인천시에 따르면, 희망터치 재기교육은 채무의 고통에서 벗어나 경제적 회복과 재발을 방지할 목적으로 인천지방법원 개인파산 신청자들이 이수해야 하는 필수교육이다.

기존에는 신용회복위원회의 온라인교육을 수료해야만 했지만, 디지털 기기 이용에 불편을 느끼는 디지털 소외계층들이 쉽고 편리하게 교육을 들을 수 있도록 올해 처음으로 대면교육으로 진행된다.
