[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 홍남표 창원특례시장은 17일 시민과의 대화 진해구편을 통해 시민들과의 소통행보를 이어갔다.
지난 2번의 ‘시민과 대화’에서 있었던 소통 행사에 많은, 시민들이 찾아와 홍 시장과 소통을 시간을 가졌던 것처럼, 이번 진해구민과의 대화에 500여 명의 구민들이 찾아와 민선8기 시정에 관심을 보였다.
특히 현장에 준비된 ‘시민의 소리함’에는 홍남표 창원특례시장에게 전하는 메시지를 전달하기 위해 행사 전부터 줄을 서서 대기하는 등 진풍경을 보였다.
홍 시장은 시민과의 대화에 앞서 단상에 올라 시정 운영 방향에 대해 PPT로 직접 발표하면서 시민들의 눈높이에 맞춰 시정 방향을 설명했는데, 민선 8기 시정 비전인 ‘동북아 중심도시 창원’ 실현을 위한 혁신 성장 기반 구축 등 5대 전략 30여 개 과제에 대한 추진계획을 시민들과 공유했다.
