부천시, 올해 개별공시지가 열람·의견 접수

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 오는 21일부터 4월 10일까지 올해 1월 1일 기준 토지 59,436필지 개별공시지가에 대해 토지 소유자 및 이해관계인의 의견을 접수한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 이 기간 동안 부천시청 부동산과 및 각 행정복지센터, 주민지원센터를 방문해 토지 59,436필지의 개별공시지가 열람부를 확인할 수 있으며 부천시 홈페이지 및 부동산공시가격알리미에서도 개별공시지가 열람이 가능하다.

개별공시지가에 대해 의견이 있는 토지 소유자 및 이해관계인은 부동산 종합민원사이트(일사편리) 또는 부천시청 부동산과, 각 행정복지센터 및 주민지원센터에 비치된 ‘개별공시지가 의견서'를 작성해 부천시청 부동산과로 직접 방문하거나 우편 및 팩스로 제출하면 된다.

의견이 제출된 토지에 대해서는 토지 특성을 재확인하고, 표준지의 적정성과 인근지가와의 균형 여부 등을 다시 조사하며 그 후 국토교통부에서 선임한 감정평가사의 검증과 부천시 부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 오는 4월 28일에 최종 결정·공시할 계획이다.
