부천시 삼정2지구 지적재조사 완료 및 학교 조리기구 미생물 검사 실시

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 21일 삼정2지구(삼정동 8-12번지 일원 225필지, 345,137.2㎡)에 대해 지적재조사 사업을 완료하고, 새로운 토지 경계를 확정했다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 지적재조사는 지적 도면의 경계와 토지의 실제 이용현황이 달라 발생하는 문제를 방지하기 위해 100여 년 전 일제 강점기에 만든 종이 도면을 디지털로 전환하는 국책사업이다.

삼정2지구는 공장이 밀집한 지역으로 지적측량 시 지적선 경계가 한쪽으로 치우치거나 일부 벌어지는 등의 문제로 건물이 연접 토지의 경계를 침범하는 대표적인 지적불부합지구다.

이에 지적재조사 측량을 토대로 토지 면적 오차를 해소하고, 경계를 새로 확정해 경계 침범으로 인한 분쟁을 사전에 방지할 수 있게 됐다.

한편, 부천시는 새롭게 작성한 지적공부는 등기촉탁을 진행하고, 면적 증감이 발생한 토지에 대해서는 연내 토지 소유자별 조정금을 정산하는 등 후속 절차도 차질 없이 진행해 마무리 지을 예정이다.

또한, 부천시가  오는 4월 말까지 관내 유치원·초·중·고·특수학교 조리교 178개 기관을 대상으로 조리기구에 대한 미생물 검사를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 각 학교 조리실에서 사용 중인 칼, 도마, 식판에서 채취된 시료를 단계적으로 배양해 살모넬라균속, 세균성이질, 비브리오균속, 병원성대장균, 황색포도알구균 총 5항목에 대한 검출 여부를 확인한다.

미생물 검사는 조리실 내 사용이 빈번한 조리기구의 교차오염을 방지하고, 나아가 학교 내 집단 식중독을 사전 예방할 수 있어 유의미한 위생 관리 방안으로 꼽힌다.

해당 검사는 매년 진행하고 있으며, 지난 2018년부터 2022년까지 최근 5년간 1,923건의 검사 결과 모두 음성으로 나타나 철저한 위생 관리를 증명했다.
