세종교육청, 관리자 대상 감사 연수

세종교육청이 지난 30일 세종교육원에서 관내 초중고등학교 교(원)감 및 행정실장 등 300여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘2023년 감사 사례 연수’를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 지적 위주의 감사보다는 예방 중심의 감사 실현을 위한 연수로, 교육의 공정성을 확보하고 예방 중심의 자율적인 감사 문화를 정착하기 위해 마련됐다는 게 세종시교육청 감사관실의 설명이다.

이번 연수는 실제 감사를 담당했던 감사 담당 직원들이 나서 학교 현장에서 발생한 교무·학사 분야 ,회계 분야 ,갑질 및 부당지시 ,복무 등에서 반복적으로 지적되는 주요 사례를 등을 공유하며 유사 사례를 방지할 수 있도록 했다.

권순오 감사관은 “연수를 통해 여러 학교에서 반복적으로 지적되는 사항과 취약 분야에 도움을 줘 청렴하고 신뢰받는 세종교육 실현에 기여하길 바란다.”고 말했다.
