세종시의회, 의회사무처 직원 맞춤형 법제교육 실시

세종시의회 입법지원을 위한 사무처 직원 맞춤형 교육이 28일 열렸다.

세종시의회는 이날 의회사무처 전 직원을 대상으로 2023년 2분기 맞춤형 자체법제교육을 실시했다.

이번 법제교육은 기초과정부터 심화 과정까지 아울러 단계별로 실시되는 분기별 교육으로 지난 3월 실시한 1분기 ‘자치법규 첫걸음’ 교육에 이어 두 번째다.

교육은 ‘자치법규 입안 기본과정’이라는 주제로 3시간 동안 진행됐으며, 자치법규 입안 원칙과 자치법규 만들기 기본과정 내용을 중심으로 이루어졌다.

교육 강사로 나선 법제처 조지은 서기관과 이경아 주무관은 자치법규 입안을 위한 기준 원칙을 포함한 전반적인 내용을 알기 쉽게 설명했다.

세종시의회 관계자는 “직원들의 실무능력 향상에 중점을 두고 강의했다. 이번 교육을 통해 직원들이 자치법규 입안과 정비 방향 설정에 대한 기초를 다지고 폭넓게 이해하길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 실무 직원들의 전문성 강화를 위해 다양한 실무 맞춤형 법제교육을 확대하여 직원 내부역량 강화에 적극 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
