세종시가 출퇴근시간대 혼잡도 저감, 타 교통수단과의 연계성 강화 등 시민들의 이동편의성을 증진하기 위해 오는 19일부터 광역간선급행버스체계(BRT)인 B2노선과 B4노선을 증회·증차 운행한다고 밝혔다.
먼저 B2노선(반석역～세종터미널～오송역)은 현재 버스 17대가 122회 운행 중인데, 19일부터는 총 133.5회까지 운행횟수를 21.5회 증회하며, 배차간격은 기존 6～30분에서 4～20분으로 단축한다.
B4노선(반석역～세종시청～오송역)도 현재 버스 5대가 38회를 운행 중으로, 앞으로는 3대를 증차해 운행횟수를 62회까지 증회한다. 배차간격 또한 기존 20～30분에서 13～25분으로 단축한다.
