(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 오는 7월 24일부터 8월 31일까지 제4회 어르신과 함께 쓰는 손편지 공모전 ‘하늘을 나는 카네이션’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이 공모전은 (조)부모, (손)자녀, 스승, 이웃 등에게 삶의 지혜와 감사의 마음을 전하는 기회를 제공하고, 노인복지 증진 및 효행 실천 문화를 정립하자는 취지로 부천시민 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
또, 올해는 공모주제를 ‘어르신께 전달하는 감사의 마음’뿐만 아니라 ‘후손에게 전하고 싶은 인생의 교훈이나 지혜’로 확대해 어르신도 참여할 수 있도록 했다.
참여방법은 부천시 홈페이지 공고란에서 신청서를 내려받아 응모작(손편지), 편지 봉투(보내는 사람, 받는 사람 주소와 이름 기재)와 함께 8월 31일까지 부천시청 노인복지과로 우편 또는 방문 접수하면 된다.
전체 응모작은 심사 후 부천시에서 편지 봉투에 기재된 '받는 사람'에게 우편 발송할 예정이며 총 18개 작품을 선정해 최우수(3명) 각 20만원, 우수(6명) 각 10만원, 장려(9명) 각 5만원의 시상금과 부천시장 표창을 수여할 계획이다.
수상작 발표는 오는 9월 22일 부천시 홈페이지에 공고하고 개별 통보할 예정이다.
