고양소방서는 28일 응급의료 실무기관 간 업무 협력을 도모하고 고양시민에게 고품질 응급의료서비스를 제공하기 위한 ‘지역응급의료협의체 정담회’를 대회의실에서 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 정담회는 고양소방서와 일산소방서를 비롯해 덕양구·일산동구·일산서구보건소, 명지병원, 국민건강보험 일산병원, 동국대병원, 일산백병원, 국민건강보험공단 덕양지소 관계자 34명이 참석했고, 여러 안건에 대한 논의를 진행했다.

특히 지난 3월과 5월 각각 대구 및 용인에서 중증외상환자가 치료 가능한 병원을 찾지 못하고 거리를 헤매는 일명 ‘구급차 뺑뺑이’라는 사회적 이슈에 대해 중증환자 이송체계를 개선해 골든타임 내 전문적인 처치를 받아 소생률을 높여야 한다는 안건에 대하여 모두 뜻을 모았다.
주요 안건으로는 ▲중증·경증환자 이송체계 안정화를 위한 우선 수용 방안 협의 ▲119구급차 출동 공백 방지를 위한 병원 의료진의 신속한 환자 인계 협조 ▲119구급대원과 병원 의료진과 관계 개선을 위한 방안 모색 등이다.
