세종교육청이 교육공무직과 특수운영직군 종사자에 대한 정기 인사를 9월 1일 자로 단행했다.

22일 시교육청에 따르면 이번 인사는 동일 기관 1년 이상 재직자 중 희망자와 5년 이상 재직자 순환 전보 대상인 12개 직종 178명이다.

특히, 올해 하반기 교육공무직원 공개경쟁 선발에 최종 합격한 조리실무사 49명을 일선 결원 기관에 배치했다..

신규 조리실무사는 지난 달 18일 세종특별자치시교육청교육원에서 학교 문화에 대한 이해와 복무 관리 등의 내용으로 연수를 실시해 역량을 제고했다는 게 시교육청이 설명이다.

이현재 교육복지과장은 “이번 인사발령은 개인별 희망 전보 등을 고려해 인사관리 규정에 근거해 원칙에 따라 배치했다.”고 말했다.
