세종시의회 제84회 임시회가 이달 28일부터 9월 7일까지 총 11일간 진행된다.
이번 임시회에서는 2023년도 행정사무감사 지적사항 조치 결과 보고ㆍ청취와 긴급 현안 질문을 비롯해 조례안 등을 처리할 계획이다.
이번 임시회에 접수된 안건은 총 123건으로 조례안 92건과 동의안 22건, 결의안 2건, 보고 6건 등이다.
행정복지위원회는 조례안 44건, 동의안 13건 등 56개 안건을 심사할 계획이다.
세종시 경계선 지능인 평생교육 지원 조례안, 세종시 사업 관리 조례안, 세종시 노인 학대 예방 및 보호에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안, 세종시 시세 감면 조례 일부개정조례안, 세종시 캠핑장 관리 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안 등을 포함한 56개 안건이다.
산업건설위원회는 의원별 발언 23건을 심사할 예정이다.
세종시 주차장 설치 및 관리 조례 일부개정 조례안, 세종시 건설 신기술 활용 촉진에 관한 조례안, 세종시 기업의 환경ㆍ사회ㆍ지배구조(ESG) 경영 지원 조례안, 세종시 공동주택 층간 소음 방지 조례안, 세종시 대중교통 기본 조례 일부개정조례안 등이 포함됐다.
교육안전위원회는 조례안 14건을 심사할 예정이다.
세종교육청 기초학력 보장 조례안, 세종시 교육청 학교폭력 예방 및 대책에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안, 세종시 안심귀가 환경 조성에 관한 조례안, 세종시 청소년 유해약물 오남용 예방교육에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안 등이다.
운영위원회는 협의안 1건과 조례안 7건 등 총 13건을 처리할 계획이다.
세종시의회 건의안· 결의안 관리에 관한 조례안, 세종시의회 공무원 후생복지에 관한 조례안, 세종시의회 의원 공무 국외출장에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안 등이다.
이순열 의장은 "이번 임시회에 상정된 안건의 면밀한 검토와 내실있는 심사를 통해 시민의 일상에 필요한 정책들이 조례로 완성될 수 있도록 힘쓰겠다."고 말했다.
