브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 최근 5년간 주택 구매 건수 상위 30명을 살펴본 결과, 수도권에 있는 주택 위주로 매수한 것으로 나타났다 .
21일 민홍철 더불어민주당 의원이 국토교통부로부터 제출받은 자료에 따르면, 2018년 부터 2023년 6월까지 주택구매건수 상위 30 명이 구매한 주택은 모두 7996 채로 매수금액만 1조1962억원에 달했다.
특히 이들 중 24명은 수도권( 서울 , 인천 , 경기 )에 위치한 주택만 집중적으로 매수했다. 이들이 구매한 주택은 6622채로, 매수금액은 1조 457억8284만원이었다.
특히 구매건수가 가장 많았던 50대 A씨는 수도권에 있는 주택 792 채를 1156억6690만원에 매수했다. 이어 40대 B씨가 709채(1151억8060 만원), 50대 C씨는 693채(1080억3165만원) 를 매수하며 그 뒤를 이었다.
이에 대해 민홍철 의원은 "윤석열 정부가 수도권 부동산 규제를 대폭 완화하면서 수도권과 지방 간 매수 심리 양극화가 커지고 집값 불안이 높아질 것이라는 우려가 있다"며 "부동산 투기자들이 수도권 집을 집중적으로 쓸어 담고 있는 만큼, 다주택자를 위한 퍼주기 정책이 아닌 국토 균형발전을 위한 정책 기조 대전환이 필요하다"고 지적했다.
