세종시의회는 13일부터 다음달 15일까지 33일간 제 86회 정례회를 열어 2024년도 본 예산안과 조례안 등을 심의한다.
이번에 접수된 안건은 총 76건으로 조례안 39건과 동의안 24건, 예산안 7건, 보고 5건 등이다.
13일 제1차 본회의에서는 김효숙, 이현정, 이소희, 윤지성, 김재형 의원님의 5분 발언과 김현옥, 김현미 의원님의 시정질문과 함께 2024년도 세종시 예산안 제출에 따른 시정연설과 제안설명의 건 등을 처리한다.
14일 제2차 본회의에서는 최원석, 김재형, 상병헌, 김영현 의원 등 5분 발언과 시정에 대한 질문·답변의 건 등을 처리한다.
이순열 의장은 "이번 정례회에서도 시에서 추진하고 있는 사업의 내용과 타당성, 적절성 등을 따져보고 불요불급한 사업이 없는지 면밀히 살펴보겠다"며 "예산이 꼭 필요한 곳에 적절히 쓰일 수 있도록 꼼꼼히 따져 심사하겠다고 말했다.
