브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 더불어민주당은 22일 대통령실이 한동훈 국민의힘 비상대책위원장의 사퇴를 요구하는 등 정부-여당이 충돌한 것을 놓고 맹비판했다.
이재명 대표는 이날 오전 열린 최고위원회의에서 "정부·여당에 미안한 말이지만 한심하다"라며 "윤심(윤석열 대통령 의중), 한심(한동훈 위원장 의중) 나눠 싸울 게 아니라 민생부터 챙겨야 한다"고 비판했다.
정청래 최고위원은 이날 회의 석상에서 "대통령실발 한동훈 사퇴 요구설이 주말을 강타했다. 국민들은 어리둥절하다"면서 "윤석열 아마추어 정권이 공당인 국민의힘 대표 이준석과 김기현 내쫓기에 이어 한동훈 비대위원장까지 내쫓는다면 대통령실의 당무개입, 정치적 중립 위반 의무에 대한 법적 책임도 물어야 할 것 같다"고 지적했다.
고민정 최고위원도 "수준 낮은 약속 대련이 맞는 것인지, 정말 당무 개입까지 하면서 대통령과 한동훈 위원장 간의 불화설이 있는 게 맞는 것인지, 결국은 한동훈 위원장의 행동이 무엇으로 보이느냐에 따라 달라진다고 생각한다"며 "부디 일련의 사태가 한동훈표 정치 공작이 아니길 바란다. 대통령실의 대통령 당무 개입에 대한 대응 또한 지켜보겠다"고 했다.
서영교 최고위원은 "한동훈 비대위원장이 ‘제가 사퇴 요구를 거절했기 때문에 구체적인 내용에 대해서 말씀 드리지 않겠다’고 했다"면서 "대통령실의 사퇴요구가 있었고 한 위원장이 거절했다고 직접 확인까지 해준 것으로, 이는 당무 개입으로 엄청난 공무원의 선거 중립 위반 행위라고 경고한다"고 말했다.
권칠승 수석대변인 역시 이날 서면브리핑을 통해 "윤석열 대통령이 취임한 지 한 달도 되지 않은 여당 비대위원장을 끌어내리려 했다는 황당무계한 소식이 들려왔다"면서 "이렇게 대놓고 당무에 개입한 대통령은 없었습니다. 이준석 대표를 쫓아내고 김기현 대표를 앉혔다 밀어내더니, 이제는 본인이 낙하산 투입한 한동훈 위원장마저 퇴출하려 하나"라고 꼬집었다.
