‘가족.연인과 함께 하는 설[雪]렘 가득한 눈 체험’을 주제로 진행되는 이번 축제는 울릉의 눈과 겨울을 활용한 다양한 체험 행사와 전시행사, 개막행사, 부대프로그램으로 진행된다.
