브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자의 오프라인 매장인 삼성스토어가 지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 위해 ‘열린공간 서비스’를 본격 운영한다.
삼성스토어의 열린공간 서비스는 매장에 마련된 소비자교육 강의실을 지역 동호회나 동아리, 소모임 등에 무상으로 대여하는 서비스다. 신청자는 단체 회의나 그룹 스터디, 세미나 등 모임 장소로 강의실을 활용할 수 있다.
해당 서비스는 최근 새단장한 삼성스토어 부천중동점에서 처음 선보인 이후 지역 주민들의 높은 호응에 힘입어 확대 운영하게 됐다.
열린공간 서비스 운영 매장은 삼성스토어 △강서 △홍대 △대치 △연수송도 △덕양 △부천중동 △하남미사 △용인구성 △이천증포 △오산 △평택 △당진 △대전 △충주 △중대전 △안동 △구미 △서대구 △동대구 △창원 △포항 △김해 △남포 △군산 △서전주 △광산 △제주인화 등 총 27개 매장이다.
삼성스토어는 넓고 쾌적한 소비자교육 강의실, 자료화면 공유나 영상 시청에 활용할 수 있는 프로젝터를 제공한다. 각 매장의 접근성이 뛰어나고 주차장이 갖춰져 있어 편리하다.
고객이 삼성스토어 공식 홈페이지에서 원하는 매장과 희망 일정 등을 선택해 열린공간 서비스를 신청한 후 해당 매장으로부터 해피콜을 수신 받으면 최종 예약이 확정된다.
