브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT&G 사장후보추천위원회가 사추위를 열고 차기 사장 후보 2차 숏리스트 4명을 확정했다.
이날 사추위에서 선정한 2차 숏리스트는 권계현 前 삼성전자 부사장, 방경만 現 KT&G 수석부사장, 이석주 前 AK홀딩스 사장, 허철호 現 KGC인삼공사 사장이다.
사추위는 1차 숏리스트 8명(사외 4명, 사내 4명)을 대상으로 후보자의 자질과 역량이 ‘경영 전문성’, ‘글로벌 전문성’, ‘전략적 사고 능력’, ‘이해관계자 소통능력’, ‘보편적 윤리의식’ 등 사장 후보자로서 5대 요구 역량에 부합하는지를 검증해 왔으며, 심층적인 논의를 통해 2차 숏리스트를 확정했다.
