[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군이 7일과 8일 양일간 국립농업박물관 황수철 관장과 미래농업실장이 거창군을 방문해 양 기관과의 상호협력 관계를 공고히 했다.

국립농업박물관장 일행은 7일 오후 거창군수와의 면담을 시작으로 거창 사과도입 100년 역사 거리조성을 추진중인 농업기술센터와 사과테마파크 일원을 방문해 국립농업박물관의 공간구성과 운영 시스템을 거창군에 접목하는 데 적극 협조하겠다고 했다.

이에 구인모 군수는 직접 우리 군의 관계 기관과 직원들이 함께 국립농업박물관을 방문할 것을 제안하며 양 기관 간 연계협력 관계의 첫 단추를 끼웠다.

8일에는 거창군 마을만들기 사업으로 주민들이 직접 만들고 운영중인 남상면 임불마을의 고품전시관과 웅양면 한기리 일대의 마을인생기록관, 봉우산 책방을 방문해 공동체 활성화와 인구 유입 등 지역에 긍정적인 요소로 확대되어 나가고 있는 마을 단위 작은 박물관 사례를 조사했다.

또한 국립농업박물관과 유사한 기능의 복합시설인 거창군 유기농산업 복합서비스 지원단지 조성지와 창포원을 둘러보고 복합시설 운영 관련 다양한 의견을 나누었으며 향후 거창군과 협력해 박물관 방문객들에게 유기농복합단지를 알리는데 적극 협조하겠다는 의사를 밝혔다.
