브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행의 ‘KB스타뱅킹’이 금융 및 비금융 영역 모두에서 서비스를 확대하며 플랫폼 경쟁력 강화에 나섰다.
‘KB스타뱅킹’은 월간활성고객(MAU, Monthly Active User) 1240만 명을 돌파한 KB국민은행의 핵심 플랫폼이다. KB금융그룹 계열사의 70여 개 서비스를 원스톱으로 제공한다.
이번 서비스 개선사항은 크게 두 가지이다. 금융 서비스 측면에서는 KB스타뱅킹 홈화면에서 ‘KB모임통장 서비스(舊 KB국민총무 서비스)’를 관리할 수 있도록 해 고객의 이용 편의를 높였다. 비금융 서비스에서는 KB국민은행의 알뜰폰 브랜드 KB Liiv M과 연계해 KB스타뱅킹에서 원스톱으로 가입할 수 있는 ‘KB스타뱅킹 요금제’를 최근 출시했다.
‘KB모임통장 서비스’는 별도 계좌 개설 없이 기존에 이용 중인 입출금계좌를 모임통장으로 전환해 사용할 수 있는 것이 특징이다. 이번 서비스 개편으로 KB모임통장을 등록한 고객에게는 KB스타뱅킹 홈화면 하단에 모임통장을 관리할 수 있는 공간이 제공된다.
모임통장을 클릭하면 전용화면으로 연결돼 △모임원 초대 △정기회비 설정 △거래내역 확인 등이 가능하다. 출금 PUSH 알림도 신설해 모임통장에 참여 중인 모임원은 해당 계좌의 출금 내역을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있게 됐다.
아울러 KB국민은행은 이달 중으로 KB스타뱅킹 홈화면의 ‘대표계좌’ 서비스 내 ‘더보기’ 메뉴를 추가해 △자동이체 △중요문서 열람 △공과금 납부 △통장사본 등 주요 거래를 신속히 처리할 수 있도록 구현할 예정이다.
이달 3일에는 KB Liiv M이 ‘KB스타뱅킹(공공서비스) LTE 15GB+’를 출시했다. 해당 요금제는 KB스타뱅킹에서만 가입 및 개통이 가능하다. 고객은 다른 채널에 접속할 필요없이 KB스타뱅킹 내 테마별서비스 중 ‘통신’에서 원스톱으로 편리하게 가입할 수 있다. 매월 1회씩 최대 24개월간 전용 할인 쿠폰이 제공되며 최대 할인 적용 시 월 2만200원에 이용 가능하다.
신규 요금제 출시를 기념하는 이벤트도 오는 26일까지 진행한다. 이벤트 대상은 19세 이상으로 KB스타뱅킹에 가입한 개인고객이다. KB스타뱅킹(공공서비스) LTE 15GB+ 요금제 개통 및 이벤트 응모를 완료한 고객 중 추첨을 통해 △아이폰 15 Pro 128GB △LG 스탠바이미 △갤럭시 워치6 40mm (블루투스) 등 푸짐한 경품을 증정한다.
