(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 오는 8월 16일까지 ‘제2회 부천시 문화예술대상’후보자를 추천받는다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 문화예술대상은 향토문화 창달과 지역문화 발전을 위해 공헌한 시민을 발굴하고자 마련된 시상제도로 1983년부터 지금까지 121명의 수상자가 선정됐다.
또, 지난해부터 격년으로 7개 부문을 별도로 선정하던 상을 매년 1명씩 선정하는 것으로 개선해 상의 권위와 품격을 높였다.
올해는 문화·예술 부문에서 1명을 선정하며 10월 시민의 날 기념식에서 시상한다.
추천대상은 향토문화 창달과 지역문화 발전을 위해 3년 이상 활동한 시민으로 공고일인 7월 15일 기준 3년 이상 부천시에 거주한 사람이거나 부천시의 각급기관·단체·기업체에 소속되어 있는 사람이어야 한다.
추천은 관내 유관기관의 장, 교육·학교장, 문화예술관련 기관·단체장이 할 수 있으며, 18세 이상의 부천시민 30인 이상의 연서로도 가능하다.
