신용보증기금이 2024년도 하반기 신입직원을 새로 뽑는다. 채용 인원은 87명이다.
신용보증기금(이사장 최원목, 이하 신보)이 혁신금융을 선도할 우수 인재 선발을 위해 2024년 하반기 신입직원 87명을 공개 채용한다고 8월 27일 밝혔다.
신보에 따르면 모집 분야별 채용인원은 ▲ 금융사무(일반) 44명 ▲ 금융사무(지역전문) 12명 ▲ 이공계 10명 ▲ 석·박사(환경, 데이터 분야) 2명 ▲ 공인회계사 2명 ▲ 변리사 1명 ▲ 고교 11명 ▲ 보훈 5명이다.
신보 측은 “이번 하반기 신입직원 채용에서 이공계 분야를 신설해 기술금융을 강화하고, 고교·보훈 분야 채용을 통해 공공기관으로서 사회적 책임을 다할 계획”이라면서 “또한 환경, 데이터 분야 석·박사, 공인회계사, 변리사 등 전문 인재 채용을 통해 혁신금융 동력을 확충할 예정”이라고 밝혔다.
입사 지원은 9월 10일 16시까지 신보 채용 홈페이지에서 가능하며, 서류전형→필기전형→면접전형을 거쳐 오는 12월 최종 합격자를 발표한다.
신보 관계자는 “정부의 일자리 창출 정책에 적극 부응하기 위해 2021년 이후 연간 최대 규모로 신입직원을 채용할 계획”이라며, “신보와 함께 미래금융의 변화를 선도할 우수한 역량과 열정을 갖춘 인재들이 많이 지원하길 바란다”라고 말했다.

The Credit Guaranty Fund is hiring new employees for the second half of 2024.
The Credit Guarantee Fund (Chairman Choi Won-mok, hereinafter referred to as Shinbo) announced on August 27 that it will openly recruit 87 new employees for the second half of 2024 to select outstanding talents who will lead innovative finance.
According to Shinbo, the number of recruits by recruitment field is 44 for financial affairs (general), 12 for financial affairs (regional specialization), 10 for science and engineering, 2 for master's and doctorate (environment, data), 2 for certified public accountants, 1 for patent attorney, 11 for high school, and 5 for veterans.
“In the second half of this year's recruitment, we plan to strengthen technology finance by creating a new field of science and engineering, and fulfill our social responsibility as a public institution by hiring high school and veterans,” said Shinbo. ”We also plan to expand the innovation finance engine by hiring professional talents such as master's and doctoral students in the fields of environment and data, certified public accountants, and patent attorneys.”
Job applications can be made on the Shinbo recruitment website until September 10 at 16:00, and the finalists will be announced in December through document screening, written screening, and interview.
“In order to actively respond to the government's job creation policy, we plan to recruit new employees on the largest scale annually since 2021,” said an official from Shinbo. ”We hope that many talented and passionate people with excellent capabilities will apply to lead the transformation of future finance with Shinbo.”
