화성시, 신규 임용 예정 공직자 청렴교육 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성시가 신규 임용 예정 공직자를 대상으로 맞춤형 청렴교육을 실시했다.

정남면 소재 라비돌리조트에서 실시된 이번 교육은 신규 임용 예정 공직자 200여명을 대상으로 청렴연수원 전문강사를 초빙해 25일 실시했다.

교육은 ▲청탁금지법 ▲이해충돌방지법 등 반부패 관련 법령을 O, X퀴즈 형식의 통해 다소 딱딱하고 무거운 주제를 효과성 있게 전달하는 방식으로 진행됐다.

이를 통해 신규공직자들의 청렴의식을 확립하고 공직자로서의 자세를 정립하는 계기를 마련했다.

정명근 화성시장은 “청렴은 공직자가 가져야할 기본덕목”이라며, “100만 대도시 화성을 뒷받침할 청렴한 화성시를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 화성시는 이번 신규 임용 예정 공직자 청렴교육 외에도 지난 8월 부터 9월 까지 총 6회에 걸쳐 전 직원 대상 청렴교육을 실시하여 직원의 96%가 교육을 이수했다.

특히 24일에는 부패취약분야 부서를 대상으로 문화공연을 접목한 청렴콘서트를 개최하는 등 다양한 맞춤형 청렴교육을 통해 투명한 공직문화 만들기에 노력하고 국민권익위 주관 종합청렴도 평가에서 3년 연속 우수기관으로 선정을 목표로 다양한 청렴시책을 추진하고 있다.
