세종시의회, 크린넷 특위 인천 청라지구 선진지 방문

세종시의회 크린넷 운영을 위한 특별위원회(이하 ‘크린넷 특위’)’는 26일 청라 힐데스하임 주택단지에 설치된 대형 음식물 감량기 운용사례를 청취하기 위해 인천 서구청 관할 3집하장 및 자원순환센터를 각각 방문했다.

이날 방문은 크린넷특위 위원들과 시청직원, 유관기관(세종시 아파트 입주자대표 연합회(회장 김판영), 대한주택관리사협회 세종시회, 시민) 관계자가 함께 했다.

방문지에서는 힐데스하임 입주자대표 이부원, 인천 서구청 자원순환과장 박성현로부터 대형 음식물 감량기 운용상황과 주민만족도, 집하장 시설관리와 운영 전반에 대해 청취했다.

특위는 또 크린넷 관로 노후화를 가속시키는 음식물쓰레기 처리현황 등을 살펴보았으며, 세종시에 적용할 수 있는 사항들을 면밀히 고찰하는 시간도 가졌다.

크린넷 특위는 ▲인천 서구청의 크린넷 문제 해결방법 등을 우리 시가 접목할 수 있도록 대책 마련 요청 ▲효과성이 입증된 대형 음식물 감량기의 연차별 설치 및 보급 예산확보 등 검토 필요 ▲크린넷 A/S전담팀 설치 필요성 등 제안 ▲세종시의 종합대책 마련 촉구 등을 당부했다.

김현옥 위원장은 “오늘 인천 청라지구에서 추진하고 있는 다양한 운영사례를 통해 우리시에서 도입할 수 있는 방안을 강구해야 할 시기라며, 앞으로 지역사회 모두의 역량과 지혜를 모아 세종시 크린넷 문제를 슬기롭게 해결하자”고 강조했다.

한편, 크린넷 특위는 김현옥 위원장, 윤지성 부위원장과 김충식, 김영현, 김현미, 안신일, 이현정 위원 등 총 7명의 위원이 활동 중이며, 활동기간은 2026년 6월 30일까지다.
