서산시 수석농공단지 운영 협의회는 오는 10월 29일 오전에 ‘찾아가는 농공단지 카페’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 충청남도가 주최하고, 충청남도 중소기업연합회와 충남농공단지협의회가 주관하여 진행되며, 수석농공단지에서는 작년에 이어 두 번째로 이 카페를 열게 되었다.
카페는 수석농공단지 관리사무소 앞에서 운영되며, 입주 기업인 및 근로자를 대상으로 일·생활균형 홍보물품을 배부하고 음료 및 쿠키를 무료로 제공할 예정이다.
특히, 점심 및 휴식시간에 맞춰 카페차를 운영함으로써 직장 내 휴식문화를 확산하고, 근로자들에게 힐링타임을 제공하는 것이 목적이다.
이를 통해 행복한 직장문화 생활에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
강희곤 수석농공단지협의회 회장은 “작년에 이어 두해 연속 카페차를 운영하게 되어 매우 기쁘다”며, “근로자들에게 잠시나마 휴식과 쉼을 제공함으로써 일하고 싶은 수석농공단지가 되길 바라며, 앞으로도 근로자들의 휴식과 안전을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
