과천시, 첫 겨울 맞는 외국인 근로자 겨울옷 나눔 행사 개최

과천시가 첫 겨울을 우리나라에서 맞는 외국인 이웃을 위한 겨울 외투 나눔 행사 ‘제7회 첫겨울 나눌래옷’에 참여한다. 과천시는 지난 10월 25일까지 각동 주민센터 등을 통해 과천시종합사회복지관과 과천시새마을회 등과 협력, 겨울 외투를 모았다.

‘제7회 첫겨울 나눌래옷’은 내일신문이 주최하고, (사)밥일꿈이 주관하는 것으로, 동남아시아 등 겨울이 없는 국가 출신의 외국인 이웃을 위한 나눔 행사.

과천시가 모은 겨울 외투는 지난 28일, 노원구 크린토피아지사로 보내져 세탁이 된 뒤, 첫겨울 나눌래옷 누리집에 등록된다. 이후 외국인 이웃이 누리집에서 외투를 신청하면 택배로 발송돼 받아볼 수 있게 된다.

과천시 관계자는 “외국인 이웃들에게 선물하는 마음으로 이번 행사에 참여해주신다면 더욱 뜻깊을 것 같다. 시민 여러분의 많은 관심을 부탁드린다”라고 밝혔다.

Gwacheon City is participating in the ‘7th First Winter Nanulae Clothes’, a winter coat sharing event for foreign neighbors who are spending their first winter in Korea. Gwacheon City collected winter coats through each neighborhood community center, in cooperation with the Gwacheon City Community Welfare Center and Gwacheon City Saemaeul Movement, until October 25.

The ‘7th First Winter Nanulae Clothes’ is hosted by the Tomorrow Newspaper and organized by the Babil Dream Association, and is a sharing event for foreign neighbors from countries without winter, such as Southeast Asia.

The winter coats collected by Gwacheon City were sent to the Nowon-gu Cleantopia branch on the 28th, where they were washed and then registered on the First Winter Nanulae Clothes website.
