[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 청년.신혼부부 주거환경 개선과 주거복지 향상을 위한 주택공급 계획을 수립했다고 31일 밝혔다.
이번 계획은 기존 대출이자, 월세 등을 지원하는 주거지원 사업과 더불어 청년.신혼부부를 위한 직접적인 공급물량이 늘어날 수 있도록 신규 공동주택, 도시개발사업 인허가 시 청년.신혼부부 주택 확보에 초점을 뒀다.
시는 신규 도시개발사업으로 조성되는 임대주택건설용지 중 절반 이상을 청년.신혼부부 용도로 개발계획 및 실시계획에 반영할 예정이어서 앞으로 도시개발사업으로 조성되는 전체 공동주택용지의 10% 이상이 청년.신혼부부 임대주택건설용지로 조성될 것으로 기대된다.
지난 3년간 민영주택 분양 시 평균 약 16.2%였던 신혼부부 특별공급 비율을 입주자 모집공고 시 18% 이상이 되도록 반영한다.
현재 조성 중인 진례 공공지원민간임대주택 공급촉진지구 내 공공주택 건립 시 청년.신혼부부 대상 공공주택이 10% 이상 공급되도록 공공주택사업자에게 요청할 예정이다.
