브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= DL이앤씨는 지난 7일 오전 임직원 가족 100여명과 함께 서울 노원구 상계동에서 ‘한숲 사랑나눔 연탄봉사’ 활동을 진행했다고 9일 밝혔다.
DL이앤씨는 어려운 이웃의 겨울나기를 돕고자 임직원과 가족이 직접 참여하는 연탄 봉사활동을 해마다 12월에 진행해 왔다.
이날 추운 날씨임에도 봉사에 참여한 임직원 가족들은 미리 준비한 2000장의 연탄을 어려운 이웃 10가구에 직접 배달했다. 40가구 이웃에게는 쌀 40포대를 전달하기도 했다.
봉사활동에 참여한 DL이앤씨 박찬박 차장은 “소외된 이웃들이 추운 겨울을 따뜻하게 보낼 수 있도록, 오늘 전달한 작은 마음이 이들에게 큰 힘이 됐으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.
한편, DL이앤씨는 지역 사회 상생과 지속가능한 환경을 위해 임직원이 직접 참여하는 여러 사회공헌 활동을 꾸준히 펼치고 있다. 주거 취약층을 위한 희망의 집고치기 행복나눔 활동, 사랑의 빵 만들기 봉사, 환경정화 맑음나눔 활동, 도토리 나무심기 캠페인, 일회용품 사용을 줄이는 탄소발자국 감축 등에 전 임직원이 자발적으로 참여하고 있다.
