‘충북혁신도시 우미 린스테이’가 한국부동산원이 실시하는 주거서비스 인증에서 최고 등급인 ‘최우수’를 획득했다. 이는 2020년에 이어 2회 연속 최우수 등급 인증이다.
주거서비스 인증은 공공지원 민간임대주택의 입주자 만족도를 높이기 위해 도입된 제도로, 단지 내 편의시설, 주거공간, 서비스 및 프로그램 등을 2년간 평가하여 최우수, 우수, 일반, 미흡 등급을 부여한다. 인증 유효기간은 2년이며, 최우수 인증을 받은 경우 인증 1회가 면제된다.
우미건설은 ‘충북혁신도시 우미 린스테이’와 ‘파주1차 우미린 더 퍼스트’ 등 출품한 모든 현장에서 최우수 등급을 받았다.
‘충북혁신도시 우미 린스테이’의 주요 서비스로는 플리마켓, 크리스마스 행사 등 계절별 프로그램과 게스트하우스, 돌봄교실, 카셰어링, 입주전담코디서비스, GX프로그램, 입주민 동호회 등이 있다. 또한, 피트니스센터, 독서실, 자연체험학습장 등 커뮤니티 시설과 노브랜드, 코인세탁소 등의 상가도 유치해 입주민 만족도를 높였다.
특히, 의료취약지역에 위치한 점을 고려하여 비대면 진료 시스템인 ‘헬스케어 존’을 운영, 건강 데이터 측정 및 제휴 의료기관과의 비대면 상담 및 진료 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
우미건설 관계자는 “여러 세대를 아우르는 프로그램 도입이 높은 평가를 받았다”며, “앞으로도 임대 관리 운영을 전문화해 높은 품질의 서비스를 제공하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 우미건설은 자산관리회사인 우미에스테이트를 설립하고, 현재 7개 단지 약 5천 세대의 임대주택을 관리하며, 향후 약 1만3천 세대로 확장할 계획이다. 또한, 오피스와 복합쇼핑몰 ‘레이크꼬모’, 코리빙 ‘디어스판교’ 등 다양한 부동산도 운영하고 있다.
Umi E&C receives top rating for residential services at Umi Lean Stay in Chungbuk Innovation City
Umi Lean Stay in Chungbuk Innovation City has received the highest rating of ‘Best’ in the residential service certification conducted by the Korea Real Estate Agency. This is the second consecutive top-rated certification since 2020.
The Residential Service Certification is a system introduced to improve tenant satisfaction of publicly supported private rental housing, and is based on a two-year evaluation of the amenities, living spaces, services, and programmes within the complex, and assigns a rating of Best, Excellent, Normal, or Unsatisfactory. The certification is valid for two years, and one certification is exempted for those who receive the best certification.
Umi E&C received the highest rating for all sites submitted, including ‘Umi Lean Stay in Chungbuk Innovation City’ and ‘Paju 1st UmiLean the First’.
The main services of ‘Umi Lean Stay in Chungbuk Innovation City’ include seasonal programmes such as flea markets and Christmas events, guesthouses, care classes, car sharing, dedicated move-in coordination service, GX programme, and resident clubs. In addition, community facilities such as fitness centres, reading rooms, and nature study areas, as well as shopping centres such as no-brand and coin-operated laundromats, have been attracted to increase resident satisfaction.
In particular, considering that it is located in a medically vulnerable area, it operates a non-face-to-face medical treatment system, ‘Healthcare Zone’, which measures health data and provides non-face-to-face consultation and treatment services with affiliated medical institutions.
‘The introduction of a multi-generational programme has been highly praised,’ said an official from UMI E&C, ’and we will continue to provide high-quality services by specialising in lease management operations.’
Meanwhile, Umi E&C has established a property management company, Umi Estate, which currently manages about 5,000 rental housing units in seven complexes and plans to expand to about 13,000 units in the future. The company also operates various real estate properties, including offices, the shopping mall Lake Como, and co-living Deers Pangyo.
